The contradictory information surrounding daily requirements for vi-ta-min D intake can be very confusing. Daily recommendations vary greatly between different organisations & governing bodies.
For example, the EU recommends a daily intake of 200 IU for adults, while the German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends 800 IU.
However, numerous researchers and nonprofit organisations believe that these recommendations are too low & are not enough lớn prevent deficiency. An intake of at least 1,500-2,000 IU or 3,000-6,000 IU are recommended by the American Endocrine Society & the vi-ta-min D Council (USA), respectively.
Vitamin K2
